Chess Move Visualizer

This visualizer was made to demonstrate the relative mobility of the pieces in chess, especially the knight's unusual movement. For example, it takes the knight four moves to reach a square that is only two spaces apart diagonally. At the knight's starting position, the white's knight on b1 is just as close to the enemy king as the d3 square.

Other important chess concepts can be demonstrated such as rooks on open files as well as good bishops versus bad bishops.
